DALLAS-FORT WORTH – A portfolio of three self-storage facilities totaling 1,743 units in Cedar Hill, Colleyville, and Denton has been sold.
The portfolio totals 201,850 net rentable sf.
JLL represented the seller, a joint venture between Harrison Street and Advantage Self Storage, and procured the buyer, HPI.
