Parkwood Terrace has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 777 to 1,300 sf.
Amenities include a business center, fitness center, clubhouse, and pool.
Institutional Property Advisors represented the seller, Langdon Street Capital, and procured the buyer.
