CONROE – WorkHub Developments has started work on an office and warehouse project at 1030 Outpost Dr.
The 70,000-sf campus will include industrial flex space with access to forklifts, loading docks, and pallet jacks.
Amenities will include climate-controlled warehouses, fiber Internet, and flexible contracts.
Construction is projected to wrap up in August 2023.
