CONROE – Toll Brothers Inc. has begun selling homesites in Teaswood Avenue.
The 18-acre gated community is at 1708 Encino Blvd. It offers 60-ft-wide home sites with one- and two-story homes priced from the upper $500,000s. Floor plans range from 3,078 to over 3,534 sf.
A model home opens next month.
