SAN ANTONIO – Cohen-Esrey Development Group has completed construction on Lofts at Ventura, a 200-unit affordable housing community at 7810 Walzem Rd.
The $36 million property has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 670 to 1,165 sf.
The complex is 99 percent leased.
