CEDAR PARK – Fruition Developments is developing The Shoppes at Bell Boulevard, a 34,200-sf mixed-use development at 1804 N. Bell Blvd.
The $15 million project will have retail, office, and restaurant space.
Construction begins in spring 2023 and wraps in 2024.
