SAN ANTONIO – The DreamOn Group is redeveloping the Scobey Complex, a vacant storage center at 9625 Broadway St.
Plans include 32,000 sf of retail space, 81,000 sf of residential space, 26,500 sf of office space, and 27,500 sf of storage.
The project is pending approval from the VIA Metropolitan Transit Board, which owns the property. If approved, work can begin by the end of 2023 and will last 18 months.
