FORT WORTH – Empire Group of Cos. has acquired 48 acres for the construction of Village at Golden Triangle, a build-to-rent residential project.
The project will have 323 single-family homes on 30 acres. One-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with private backyards will be available.
The remaining 18 acres will be sold for office and retail development.
Community amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, outdoor grilling areas, and walking paths.
Construction begins in first quarter 2023.
