Mixed-use project planned for Marble Falls

​​​​MARBLE FALLS – The city council has approved Legacy Crossing, a mixed-use project on 546 acres at the corner of US 281 and SH 71.

Legacy Crossing will include: 

• 1,300 single-family homes;

• 264 multifamily units, including 150 townhomes;

• over 800,000 sf of retail and commercial space on 114 acres; 

• open space; and 

• a $600,000 fire station. 

MMK Ventures and 71/281 Investments are the developers.  ​​
