50-acre mixed-use project slated for Flower Mound

​​FLOWER MOUND – Thompson Realty Capital LLC and Trez Capital are building a 50-acre mixed-use project at the southeast corner of FM 2499 and Lakeside ​Village Pkwy.

Phase one includes a four-story, 200-unit multifamily community; 15,000 sf of retail space with three restaurants; and a 60,000-sf office building with one level of underground parking. 

It will also include approximately 20 acres of public parks, open space, and more than 2.5 miles of trails.

The project is near Grapevine Lake 5.3 miles from DFW Airport. 

Groundbreaking is scheduled for fall 2022 with phase one completion slated for early 2024.

The project team includes:

  • McAdams, civil engineering and landscape architecture; 

  • Cross Architects, multifamily architecture; 

  • GSO Architects, retail architecture​; 

  • Alliance Architects, office architecture; and 

  • Jackson Walker, zoning legal services.
