HOUSTON – Sueba USA Companies and McCormack Commercial are building Kingfield Lofts, a 370-unit apartment complex.
The Class A multifamily community will be on 14.5 acres at 15915 Kingfield Dr.
The four-story property will include studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 480 to 2,196 sf.
Preleasing begins in fall 2023. Completion is set for March 2024.
