SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based OHT Partners LLC is developing Southtown Flats, a multifamily community at 400 Probandt St. in the Southtown neighborhood.
The community will have 310 units averaging 817 sf spread across ten buildings.
Amenities include a game room, fitness center, club room, business center, and 200-car parking garage.
