AUSTIN – Kroger Co. is nearing completion on a 70,000-sf distribution center at 2041 Ferguson Ln.
The property will serve as a delivery warehouse, creating 161 jobs.
It is surrounded by warehouses of other large companies including Pepsi, Party Time Beverages, and Target Corp.
Finishing work begins June 1 with completion slated for Sept. 30.
