NORTHLAKE – KKR has purchased three Alliance Northport warehouse and distribution buildings totaling more than 900,000 sf.
Built in 2020 near SH 114 and I-35W, the buildings are 95 percent leased to tenants including Walgreens, Crown Equipment, Smart Warehousing, and Mainfreight.
The buildings are Northport 2, Northport 4, and Northport 5.
JLL marketed the properties for sale.
Hillwood Properties’ 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development is one of the countries largest logistics and warehousing districts.
