RICHMOND – Sixteen acres within the 58-acre Grand Center at Long Meadow has been sold to Camden Property Trust.
The new owner will develop a single-family rental community with a mix of 180 to 200 duplexes and attached homes.
Called Camden Long Meadow Farms, the project will be one of the city’s first ground-up communities of its kind.
