AUSTIN – Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have broken ground on the final phase of Park 183, a 950,000-sf industrial development.
The fourth phase will include 160,327-sf and 148,157-sf buildings.
STG Design is the architect, and Tribble & Stephens is the general contractor.
CBRE is handling leasing.
Construction will be complete in the fourth quarter.
