EL PASO – VanTrust Real Estate has completed the first phase of El Paso Logistics Park, a four-building speculative industrial project.
Several leases have been signed at the 514,135-sf development. They are:

OLA Logistics LLC, 76,848 sf at Building 3;

Interceramic Inc., 44,410 sf at Building 3; and
-
Buckland Global Trade Services Inc., 66,065 sf at Building 4.
CBRE represented VanTrust in each of the deals.
