ATASCOCITA – Lēva Living will break ground in February on its first single-family rental project.
Located at 17260 W. Lake Houston Pkwy., the 16-acre property will have 162 detached one- and two-story homes with one- to three-bedroom options. Units will range from 773 to 1,358 sf.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool with spa.
The first 20 homes will deliver by the end of 2022 with leasing starting early 2023.
