Built in 1986 and expanded in 1992, the property is on 20.55 acres at 220 E. Danieldale Rd. just off I-20.
The building has clear heights from 28.6 to 33 ft, 21 overhead dock-high loading doors, one drive-up ramp, and a 6 percent office finish.
