AUSTIN – Intracorp Projects Ltd. is developing Congress Lofts at St. Elmo, a 139-condo project at 4315 S. Congress Ave.
The project will also have nine ground-floor live-work units. There will be 139,000 sf available for sale, and 3,800 sf available for a commercial tenant.
Construction begins in early 2022 and will be complete in 2024.
