ROSENBERG – Satya Inc. will start next summer on a 37-acre mixed-use project at the corner of SH 26 and I-69.
The development will include apartments, retail, and restaurant space.
The 15-acre multifamily complex, called Fairgrown Apartments, will have 312 one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 670 to 1,500 sf.
Multifamily amenities will include a beer garden courtyard with picnic tables and barbeque pits, pool, clubhouse, golf simulator, fitness center, yoga studio, jogging trail, children’s playground, and dog park.
It was designed by Garcia + Associates Architects.
Satya has already developed roads, utilities, and a small strip center with a Whataburger next to it.
Completion is slated for fourth quarter 2023.
