BUDA – CED Greentech has signed a 38,840-sf lease in Buda Midway at 1795 Fire Cracker Dr.
The company will move in by May 2022.
Stream Realty Partners LP represented CED Greentech.
The first of two phases of the industrial park is expected to be complete in 2022.
