BROOKSHIRE – Stream Realty Partners has broken ground on the second phase of Empire West Business Park.
The six-building, 2.3 million-sf phase will be complete by July 2022.
Phase one consisted of three buildings totaling one million sf that was completed in April. The first phase is fully leased.
