HOUSTON – Shipley Do-nuts has broken ground on a 60,000-sf corporate headquarters called the L.W. “Bud” Shipley Jr. Support Center.
The two-story building will have a flagship doughnut shop and drive-thru lane going through the building.
It will serve as the company’s new doughnut yeast manufacturing facility and doughnut innovation center, and it will have office space for about 130 employees.
Lovett Commercial is the project developer.
