AUSTIN – Greystar is building two student housing projects serving the University of Texas.
Union on San Antonio, a 991-bed high-rise, will be at the corner of San Antonio and 21st Streets. Amenities will include a pool, rooftop deck, and fitness center.
Union on 24th, a 1,448-bed high-rise, will be at 2308 Rio Grande St.
Construction began in October and will be complete in fall 2024.
