VON ORMY – Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC has acquired Bristol at Somerset, a 348-unit apartment complex at the corner of Somerset and Fischer Roads.
The property has one- to four-bedroom units.
The project is a partnership between the San Antonio Housing Authority and local developers Steve Poppoon and Manish Verma.
