AUSTIN – Karlin Real Estate LLC is developing Verde Square, a six-acre mixed-use development west of Q2 Stadium and bisected by Bright Verde Way.
The project will include 386,000 sf of offices, 33,900 sf of retail space, 280 apartments, and a 160-room hotel.
Construction begins in late 2022.
