California investor snags Grapevine business park for $123M

Texarkana Marriott-branded hotels sell for $10.3M

​​​​TEXARKANA – Two Marriott-branded hotels totaling 175 rooms have been sold. The properties are a 85-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott and a 90-room Courtyard by Marriott.
