ADDISON – Houston-based Netsync is taking 53,000 sf of office space in the Addison II building at 4550 Excel Pkwy.
Interprise Design is the architect for the new workspace, which will open early next year.
Built in 1996, the 182,154-sf building is owned by Pillar Commercial and houses tenants including Arbonne International, Assurant, and CTL Amedica.
