SAN ANTONIO – Weston, Fla.-based Postal Center International (PCI) has signed a 102,485-sf lease at 4958 Stout Dr.
The company will share the 174,821-sf facility with Anemostat.
Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord. Austin Tenant Advisors represented PCI.
The space is the company’s first office and production facility outside of Florida.
