TEXARKANA – Two Marriott-branded hotels totaling 175 rooms have been sold.
The properties are a 85-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott and a 90-room Courtyard by Marriott.
Tower Capital arranged $10.3 million in acquisition financing. Part of the money will be used to fund capital improvements at both properties.
