NewQuest expands Fort Bend Town Center, sells land to Sueba

​​​​​MISSOURI CITY – Locally-based NewQuest Properties has sold land within Fort Bend Town Center and purchased ​additional acreage for the project.

Sueba USA Corp. purchased two tracts totaling 23.2 acres for a multifamily project. The project will have four four-story apartment buildings​ totaling 589 units. Amenities will include two courtyards, two swimming pools, and surface parking. ​​

Sueba will receive the ready-to-build land from NewQuest in first quarter 2023.

NewQuest also purchased 86.1 acres for the third phase of Fort Bend Town Center. Construction starts in second quarter 2022. 

When complete, the one million-sf mixed-use project will span 180 acres on three corners of the intersection of Fort Bend Pkwy. and SH 6.
