DALLAS – The 31-story Christopher rental building has been sold to L&B Realty Advisors.
Built in 2019 as part of the one-block Union mixed-use development, the 309-unit tower is on Field St. next to Victory Park.
The seller was RED Development of Phoenix, which built the Union. StreetLights Residential built the apartments.
Eastdil Secured marketed the building for sale. Lincoln Property Co. handles leasing.
