CORPUS CHRISTI, EDINBURG – Atlanta-based MDH Partners has purchased two South Texas industrial properties totaling 82,555 sf.
The properties include a 40,680-sf warehouse on 2.2 acres in Corpus Christi and a 41,875-sf building on 3.6 acres in Edinburg.
Both properties were developed by Stream Realty Partners and are leased to Goodman Distribution Inc.
