PLANO – Whitestone REIT has bought Lakeside Market, a 163,000-sf retail center on Preston Rd. south of Spring Creek Pkwy.
It’s next to the 110,000-sf H-E-B grocery store that will open in late 2022.
Built in 1999, the property was sold by TriGate Capital and is 80 percent leased.
