IRVING – Toll Brothers is building a 385-unit rental community on seven acres surrounding the Exxon Mobil Corp. headquarters.
Located on Love Dr. near SH 114, the community will consist of a single five-story building wrapped around three sides of a parking garage.
Amenities will include a pool courtyard, courtyard, clubhouse, fitness center, and pet spa.
