HOUSTON – Medistar Corp. is developing a 19-story student housing and parking complex in the Texas A&M Innovation Plaza.
The multifamily project will include 483 apartments with 714 beds and 3,400 sf of ground-floor retail.
It will provide housing for Texas A&M University System-affiliated medical, nursing, and engineering students as well as students in the Texas Medical Center.
The parking garage will have 2,638 parking spaces, 5,200 sf of ground-floor retail, and a central plaza. It will also support Horizon Tower.
CIM Group arranged a $135.85 million construction loan.
