DALLAS – The Crosby apartments have sold to a company headed by AEW Capital Management.
Built by Stillwater Capital in 2018, the five-story, 336-unit project is located at 400 S. Hall St.
The community includes a 3,000-sf shared office space, rooftop deck and lounge, fitness center, and dog park.
HLR Architects designed the project with units ranging from 535 to 1,176 sf.
