AUSTIN – Ryan Cos. is developing a 350-unit apartment community in the Mueller District.
The project will include 2,500 sf of retail space. More than 50 units will be reserved for people making up to 60 percent of the area median income.
Construction will begin in the fourth quarter.
Ryan Architecture + Engineering is the architect.
