COPPELL – Locally based workspace and office fixtures company Vari is planning a 150,000-200,000-sf headquarters building.
The facility will be at SH 121 and Freeport Pkwy. in Archway Properties’ Westgate Coppell business park.
It will include space for its head office plus room for other companies.
Leasing starts early next year with completion scheduled for mid-2022.
Dallas-based BOKA Powell is designing the building. Corigan is handling interior planning.
