NEW BRAUNFELS – Tiburon, Calif.-based Imprint Property Group and Atlanta-based Baston-Cook Development Co. are building Larkspur at Creekside.
The 184-unit, 55+ active adult community will include 15,000 sf of community space.
It will be within the 400-acre New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside.
Completion is slated for early 2022.
HEDK Architects designed the project. Godfrey Construction Co. is the general contractor. Amegy Bank and Fast Preferred Equity provided financing.
