HOUSTON – An affiliate of locally based Realty.com has purchased a 20-story office tower near Greenspoint Mall.
The 400,000-sf building opened in 1982 at 363 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E.
The seller was California-based The Khoshbin Co.
