AUSTIN – United Properties is building a 280-unit apartment complex on 2.38 acres at 4329 and 4341 Congress Ave.
The five-story property will have 5,500 sf of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.
The St. Elmo’s Backyard food truck park will be demolished for the development.
