PLANO – CAF Capital Partners teamed up with Generic Management to acquire the Broadstone Evoke apartments at 1025 Preston Rd.
Built in 2016, the five-story rental community has 459 apartments and was developed by Alliance Residential.
Amenities include a fitness center, lounge, catering kitchen, and a dog park.
The purchase was part of a tax-free exchange and was financed with a $63.3 million Freddie Mac loan.
