SAN ANTONIO – The former Friedrich Air Conditioning complex at 1617 E. Commerce St. will be transformed into a 347-unit apartment complex.
Apartments at Friedrich Lofts will range from 625 to 1,000 sf. Half of the units will be reserved for low- or moderate-income families.
The American South Real Estate Fund provided $10.6 million in equity for the project.
