Wisconsin-based Uline takes 1.1M sf in Irving

​IRVING – Ple​as​ant Prairie, Wis.-base​​d ​Uline has signed a 1.1 million-sf industrial lease at 2600 Rental Car Dr. 

The company will lease the entirety of Building 1 within Passport Industrial Park, a two million-sf development by Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE Global Investors. ​

Uline is moving into the cross-dock distribution center in May 2021.
