FORT WORTH – StreetLevel Investments has opened the Shops at Chisholm Trail Ranch at the southeast corner of Chisholm Trail Pkwy. and McPherson Blvd.
The shopping center includes 130,000 sf of junior anchor retail, a 40,000-sf Studio Movie Grill theater, and 80,000 sf of convenience and service retail.
It is 90 percent leased.
Arch-Con Corporation oversaw construction. Edge Realty Partners is handling leasing.
