EL PASO – Hunt Southwest is building Rojas East Distribution Center, a 370,000-sf speculative project 15 miles southeast of downtown.
The two-building complex will include parking for 292 automobiles and 42 trailers, 28- to 32-ft clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and build-to-suit office space.
Conlan Co. is the general contractor.
Construction will be complete in first quarter 2021.
