FRISCO – Construction is underway on the next phase of The Gate, the 49-acre, $1 billion mixed-use development on the Dallas North Tollway.
The project on John Hickman Pkwy. at Dubai Way will include a 35,000-sf Govindji’s jewelry store, restaurants, and underground parking.
Dubai-based Invest Group Overseas will open the project at the end of 2021.
