AUSTIN – Dave and Simona Krug, owners of Krug Development and Inherit Hotel Group, are opening Colton House, an 80-room boutique hotel at 2510 S. Congress Ave.
The three-story hotel will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites averaging 600 sf.
Amenities will include a library, coffee and wine bar, outdoor patio, and pool.
Construction will be complete on September 1.
